We also store marketplace activity such as listings, cart checkout activity, notifications, and transactions.
We use your information to operate the marketplace, show listings, process cart checkout orders, coordinate item checks, arrange delivery, improve safety, prevent abuse, and provide support.
Listings are private by default. Buyers and sellers do not contact each other directly through WearAgain, and public item pages do not expose the seller identity. WearAgain admin handles order questions, item checks, payment coordination, and delivery.
During checkout, we collect delivery address, delivery notes, and payment method choice so our team can coordinate the order. Buyer delivery details are visible to WearAgain admin, not to the public listing page.
We do not sell your personal information. WearAgain admin may use the necessary details to complete transactions, contact the seller privately, inspect items, arrange delivery, provide support, or review safety reports.
Reports, suspicious listings, orders, and user activity may be reviewed by the WearAgain team to protect the community and enforce our rules.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No online service is completely risk-free, so users should protect their login details and keep order questions inside WearAgain support channels.
