We use your information to operate the marketplace, show listings, connect buyers and sellers, manage rentals and trades, process WearAgain buy-and-deliver requests, improve safety, prevent abuse, and provide support.
Some members may choose anonymous mode. In that case, public profile details can be hidden until the member chooses to reveal them in a conversation. Messages are used to support marketplace communication and safety.
If you request WearAgain to buy and deliver an item for you, we collect delivery address and notes so our team can coordinate the request. This information is visible to the admin team and may be used to arrange delivery.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share necessary details between buyers, sellers, and WearAgain admins to complete transactions, deliveries, support requests, or safety reviews.
Reports, suspicious listings, messages, and user activity may be reviewed by the WearAgain team to protect the community and enforce our rules.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No online service is completely risk-free, so users should also protect their login details and keep important communication inside WearAgain.
